Questions about your Union Academy uniform? We're here to help you every step of the way.order cutoff date in order to GUARANTEE your uniforms by the first day of school. All orders placed after July 12th will still be taken, and processed, but, they are NOT guaranteed by the first day of school.
All orders will be processed and shipped or be ready for pick up 3 weeks prior to the order deadline, or "cut off date" of July 12th, that has been set for each new school year. We are not processing orders as they come in as we need to gauge stock for production for each order deadline.
Orders that are placed after July 12th are not guaranteed by start of school.
There are NO REFUNDS these are custom decorated garments to order, all sales are final. If you need to exchange, garments must not have been worn, washed, and dried. They must be in the state in which you received in order to exchange. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
